Cancellation Policy
Amazing Toys Birthday Party Booking Policy 1. Booking & Payment All parties must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A $100 non-refundable deposit secures your date and is deducted from the total. Balance due 7 days prior. Payment accepted via credit card, debit card, cash, or gift card. Only children included in the booking may participate. 2. Party Duration & Room Use Parties run for your booked time only. Birthday family should arrive 10 minutes early to bring food/cake. Parties must vacate promptly at the end of the slot. 3. Party Host & Supervision A dedicated host runs activities, games, setup, and cleanup. Parents may drop and go or browse the store. Only the birthday child’s parents/carers may stay in the room; parents of upset children may assist briefly. 4. Food & Beverages Catering is not provided. Simple, manageable foods recommended (fairy bread, fruit, chips, cupcakes). Non-alcoholic drinks only; alcohol is prohibited. Optional partner food packages may be available. Prices and menus vary; Amazing Toys is not responsible for changes. 5. Guest Behaviour & Damage Guests must behave safely and respectfully. Parents/guardians are responsible for any damage caused by guests. 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Deposit is non-refundable. One reschedule allowed with 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Late rescheduling or no-shows forfeit deposit/payment. 7. Liability Amazing Toys is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items during the party. 8. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; the version at booking applies.
