Cancellation Policy
To secure your Santa visit, full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time — spots fill quickly during the festive season! Event Details: When booking, please provide: The event address and contact person The approximate number of children attending What you’d like Santa to do — for example: Handing out gifts or lollies Reading a Christmas story Listening to children’s wish lists or posing for photos This information helps us make sure your Santa visit runs smoothly and feels truly magical for everyone involved. Changes & Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be rescheduled (subject to availability). Cancellations within 14 days of the booking are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that Amazing Toys needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll offer an alternative date or a full refund. Photos & Media: By booking a Santa visit, you agree that Amazing Toys may take or share photos for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
