The first year of parenthood is a whirlwind of milestones and midnight feeds. The Tiny Tots group is a soft, safe space designed specifically for non-mobile babies and those just starting to crawl. We focus on gentle sensory play—think textures, soft lights, and tummy-time mirrors—giving your baby a chance to explore at their own pace. For the grown-ups, it’s a dedicated time to share the highs and lows of the first year with people who truly "get it." Best for: Newborns, crawlers, and parents looking for a calm, supportive environment. What to expect: Padded floor mats, age-appropriate sensory toys, and a relaxed "come as you are" vibe.

Cancellation Policy
The Amazing Village: Terms & Conditions 1. The "Fair Go" Cancellation Policy Because our Village groups are free and spaces are limited, every "no-show" means another local family missed out. The Rule: If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking via the Wix app or your confirmation email at least 2 hours before the session. The Consequence: Families who "no-show" three times without notice may be restricted from booking future sessions for one month to ensure everyone gets a "fair go." 2. Health & Wellness (The Snotty Nose Policy) We love sharing toys, but we don't love sharing germs! The Rule: If you or your little one are showing signs of illness (fever, persistent cough, runny nose, or tummy bugs), please stay home and rest. The Promise: We sanitise our play equipment and high-touch surfaces daily to keep our Village as healthy as possible. 3. Supervison & Responsibility The Rule: This is not a "drop and go" service. Parents/caregivers must remain in the room and are 100% responsible for their children at all times. The Goal: We want you to connect! Use this time to bond with your child and meet other parents, rather than finishing your life admin on your phone. 4. Pram Parking & Accessibility The Rule: To give our little ones maximum room to play, we ask that all prams be parked along the designated wall in the hallway leading to the studio. Our staff will show you exactly where to go when you arrive! If you have a sleeping baby, feel free to bring in your bassinet attachment or carrier." 5. Food & Allergies The Rule: Amazing Toys is a Nut-Aware Zone. Please do not bring any snacks containing nuts into the studio. The Vibe: Light snacks for toddlers (crackers, fruit) are fine, but we ask that you clean up any crumbs to keep our mats tidy. "Stinky" nappies must be taken with you when you leave. 6. Photography & Privacy The Rule: You are welcome to take photos of your own child. Please be mindful of other families' privacy and try not to include other children in your shots without their parent's permission. The Shop Rule: Sometimes we’ll snap a photo for our social media to show the fun we're having! If you’d prefer not to be featured, just let our staff know when you arrive.
